DissolveStatic In the S_Dissolves Plugin. Transitions between two input clips using random pixel static. The Dissolve Amt parameter should be animated to control the transition speed. The pixelated look of this effect depends on the image resolution, so it is recommended to test your final resolution before processing. Inputs: From: Starts the transition with this clip. To: Ends the transition with this clip.

Parameters:

Load Preset: Push-button .
Brings up the Preset Browser to browse all available presets for this effect.

Save Preset: Push-button .
Brings up the Preset Save dialog to save a preset for this effect.

Dissolve Amt: AutoTransition,  Default: 0, Range: -0.5 to 1.5, Shared .
The transition ratio between the From and To inputs. A value of 0 gives only the From input and a value of 1 gives only the To input. By default this parameter automatically animates from 0 to 1 to perform a complete transition.
